Business Development Representative
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Vice President of Marketing
Do you have a passion for sales? Do you love new technology? This may be the role for you! As our Business Development Representative (BDR), you will generate new sales leads for our growing SaaS company. Core responsibilities include prospecting, relationship development, and appointment setting. Our ideal candidate enjoys outbound prospecting in a competitive market. Most importantly, they understand the specific challenges facing prospects and customers while actively solving them.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate leads in support of our sales/revenue goals
- Qualify meetings, set appointments, and update records for the Account Executive Team
- Maintain a solid knowledge of StudentBridge's evolving technology solutions
- Research key decision-makers for outreach within assigned territory
- Execute prospecting methods including email, social media, and cold calls
Minimum Qualifications
- Self-starter that works well in teams and synergetic environments
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- An aptitude for research and analysis
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related degree; a background in Customer Service may be accepted in lieu of a four-year degree

Accounting Manager
Department: Finance
Reports to: Chief of Staff
The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting and HR tasks, including QuickBooks activities, invoicing, revenue management via SaaSOptics/Maxio, and handling accounts. This role also involves coordinating employee onboarding and engagement, requiring a proactive approach to diverse administrative duties. Candidates should have accounting, revenue recognition, CRM software experience, and be proficient in financial reporting and Excel. A deep understanding of the company’s operations is essential, as is delivering exceptional service to clients and employees with utmost confidentiality.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Cash Flow Weekly with excel book that is already built
- Complete all invoicing for 342 (contracts are annual) customers + all new sales
- Review monthly, quarterly and annual closings and financial reporting
- Accrued Payroll, Accrued Expenses, Accrued Bonus, Accrued Commissions
- Manage the contractor onboarding process including writing the contract, getting the W-9 and training the vendor on bill.com
- Log or manage company expenses in QuickBooks, Bill.com and ensure a clear and transparent paper trail is in place for all financial transactions
- Review posting from Expensify (done by admin)
- Manage payroll and benefits administration
- Expense Reimbursement via email/dropbox
- Manage Annual Budgeting process as well as periodic re-forecasting
- Work with our sales/CSM team and our partners on procurement issues / vendor forms / supplier registrations.
- Work with our sales/CSM team and our partners on aging invoices
- Manage State Registrations – Delaware, GA
- Manage the employee onboarding process and assist in administrative tasks associated with hiring/termination of employees and open enrollment (change forms, DOL-800 forms, offer letters, maintaining the roster, reporting headcount, etc.)
Manage Benefits selections with ADP each year along with the contribution amount. - Manage on-going Employee Recognition Program - quarterly/annual awards, work anniversaries and birthdays, company gifts and events and learning dollars while adhering to an annual budget.
- Organize and maintain HR records, electronic and paper, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure job descriptions and employee policies are up to date and maintain and improve upon our internal employee website. - Ad hoc administrative and other duties as assigned (1099s, working with tax accountants, annual filings, manage the R&D credit application process via ADP, the application each year via Aprio, etc.).
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of GAAP and the competency to implement its principles
- Ability to accurately analyze, interpret, summarize, and present financial information
- Extremely proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Excel
- Ability to work in a fast, multi-task environment while balancing strategic, tactical and analytical responsibilities
- Team player with the confidence to present a professional and positive demeanor with internal and external partners

Customer Success Manager
Department: Customer Success
Reports to: Director of Customer Success
The Customer Success Manager at StudentBridge is responsible for managing the customer lifecycle including customer training and adoption, platform optimization, support and account expansion. As the primary point of contact for a select group of StudentBridge partners, you will have a unique blend of sales and account management responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Maximize customer retention and upsell opportunities
- Develop key insights to inform product development, positioning and customer creative collateral to accurately represent the “voice of the customer”
- Drive platform value beginning with onboarding and continuing through regular performance review calls.
- Monitor usage and provide feedback and strategy to customers with a consultative approach
- Ensure account renewal and identify expansion opportunities
- Work with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS Sales at the corporate level preferred
- Previous experience with customer service and/or support
- Previous experience in Higher Education or Higher Ed tech is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Hubspot) is a plus
