It’s an exciting time at StudentBridge! As the entire world moves into a virtual world, StudentBridge has long set the standard for colleges and universities looking to engage and recruit prospective students through our personalized, digital experiences. 

To support our rapid growth, we are looking to hire an outstanding Creative Director who will be responsible for all aspects of StudentBridge’s outward facing identity, impacting both our own market positioning as well as the award-winning creative solutions we develop for our customers. Together, we will create meaningful interactions that leave a lasting impression, each and every time.

The right candidate will be willing to take direction, understand needs, but then think beyond the conventional to produce visually striking, high-impact creatives and campaigns that deliver the desired results. The importance of advertising and marketing will come naturally to you. The power of video and interactive digital delivery will excite you. 

A multi-faceted role, you will work closely with leadership to understand the vision and identity of the company and the solutions we develop. You will then lead a team of specialists to turn the creative inspiration into a stunning reality. 

We’re looking for an experienced manager of people, someone that can inspire others and take our creative solutions to a new level as we continue to grow - while also willing to get your hands dirty to get the work done. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design, incredible attention to detail, and a drive to inspire innovative ideas.

This will be a full-time position, and once our offices are open we look to welcome you to our Atlanta HQ. In the meantime, it will be predominantly remote with regular video conferences and occasional, socially distanced, in-person check-ins.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Set creative goals and standards for the concepting, design and development of our full suite of digital engagement solutions by our Creative Services team
  • Oversee and manage our project team, video producers, map artists and designers to ensure all of our virtual experiences exceed partner expectations
  • Review and approve all virtual experiences developed by the team, ensuring all quality standards are met
  • Lead innovation efforts to ensure we continue to excite and delight our partners
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives 
  • Establish StudentBridge brand and style guide and work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure all deliverables and materials consistently meet these standards
  • Help to develop internal and external communications that are exciting and engaging

Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required
  • 7-10 years of experiences in a creative leadership role, with 5-7 years of creative direction in an agency or corporate setting
  • 5-7 years of experience creating marketing and advertising campaigns from developing the vision and messaging to overseeing production on time and budget
  • Proven experience with concept development and selling ideas to management
  • Ability to manage multiple points of view and propose solutions that meet all objectives
  • Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent and ensure focus on execution
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
  • Fine and consistent attention to detail
  • Experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, and mobile
  • Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction preferred
