The Customer Success Manager at StudenBridge is responsible for managing the customer lifecycle including customer training and adoption, platform optimization, support and account expansion. As the primary point of contact for a select group of StudentBridge partners, you will have a unique blend of sales and account management responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Maximize customer retention and upsell opportunities
  • Develop key insights to inform product development, positioning and customer creative collateral to accurately represent the “voice of the customer” 
  • Drive platform value beginning with onboarding and continuing through regular performance review calls.  
  • Monitor usage and provide feedback and strategy to customers with a consultative approach
  • Ensure account renewal and identify expansion opportunities 
  • Work with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements

  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • Experience in B2B SaaS Sales at the corporate level preferred
  • Previous experience with customer service and/or support
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Self-starter that works well in teams and collaborative environments
