The Customer Success Manager at StudenBridge is responsible for managing the customer lifecycle including customer training and adoption, platform optimization, support and account expansion. As the primary point of contact for a select group of StudentBridge partners, you will have a unique blend of sales and account management responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
