Reports to: Director, Operations

It’s an exciting time at StudentBridge! Despite the current environment, we are still investing in our products and people and we are passionate about delivering innovative, digital engagement solutions to our customers. We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager who can effectively manage and efficiently deliver virtual experiences for our university partners. This role will report directly to the Director, Operations, and will work closely with our internal and external content producers, designers and developers. Once normal business operations resume, the candidate will work full-time in our Atlanta office.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day project deliverables and communications for assigned partner projects
  • Gather project inputs and feedback at appropriate times, then organize and communicate this information to appropriate stakeholders
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Manage assigned projects product quality and ensure partner expectations are met
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects
  • Work to quickly resolve and/or escalate issues when they occur
  • Provide inputs to project systems to increase reporting accuracy

Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 year’s project management experience working with external clients is a must
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize to complete numerous assignments congruently 
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to take direction and also work independently 
  • Experience at working in a team, collaborative environment is essential 
  • Proven track record of being reliable, responsible, and dependable
  • Positive, flexible, encouraging personality with strong work ethic 
  • Customer service skills and experience preferred
