Problem/Challenge

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kean University hosted seven open houses each fall for prospective graduate and undergraduate students. Because community is a core part of the Kean experience, their team wanted to ensure prospects could meet a large number of administrators, faculty and staff in a virtual environment.

Our Solution

StudentBridge created a virtual event for Kean that included both live and on-demand content. The virtual event also included a Welcome from the Dean, overviews of each academic college and several live panels and discussions with campus staff and current students. Kean integrated live chat into their virtual event, so students could reach someone instantly with questions.
